Refund policy
You can cancel orders at any time prior to shipping. Once shipped, goods can only be returned if they are deemed to be damaged or faulty.
It’s your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within seven working days if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the terms of the order.
If you don’t notify us within 7 days, this will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.
If you are returning products due to a fault, we will carry out a full investigation, and where we agree that the goods are faulty, you will be refunded, in full within 30 days.
